Diallo transfer move to United may be postponed

Amad Diallo who was bought by Manchester United in October for 37.2 million pounds, may not join The Red Devils, as was the mutual arrangement between the two clubs. On Friday Ole Gunnar Solskjaer revealed that the work visa and all the necessary documents needed for the 18 year old talent to arrive in England are available.

Today, however, Atalanta coach Gian Piero Gasperini revealed that the club will try to keep the winger until the end of the season on loan from Manchester United. “The transfer market? We are fine, the club is attentive,” Gasperini said. “There is an internal solution within the club that could be very interesting, even if the team is fine: it is Amad Diallo. It is clear that he is going to Manchester United, but he could still remain here for a few months with us. I like him a lot, he’s only 18. I’d like him to stay until June, obviously it depends on his club.”, finished Atalanta coach.

According to Sky Sports, however, United has no intention of giving Diallo to Atalanta back and wants the player to join the team in the coming days. Solskjaer has said that Diallo will need time to adjust to life in England. “We are excited about bringing him in. “He has shown his qualities, but he has to get used to playing in England.”, stated United’s manager.
